You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You may request closure of your sk99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events including PSL, international cricket, and other major sports. Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly following official settlement of the relevant event. In cases where official results are disputed or under review, settlement may be delayed pending the outcome of the relevant sporting body's investigation.
